2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you give us
When you submit the enquiry form on this website we collect the name, e-mail address, messenger handle or phone number, the advertising platforms you work with, the vertical, and any free-text message you choose to include. All fields except name and e-mail are optional. If you contact us by e-mail, we process the content of that correspondence.
2.2 Data collected automatically
When you visit the website we record: IP address, approximate location derived from it (country and city), page URL, referring URL, browser, operating system, device type, time of visit and time spent on the page. This is collected by our own analytics running on our infrastructure.
2.3 Analytics and advertising services
Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These set cookies and transmit usage data to Google. Without your consent these services are not loaded and no such cookies are set.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object under Article 21 GDPR.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who process it on our instructions as processors under Article 28 GDPR:

5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards from us.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15); have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16); have data erased (Art. 17); restrict processing (Art. 18); receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20); object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21); and withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)).

9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
