About
AdCow Agency
We are a performance marketing company working with agencies, affiliates and in-house growth teams that run continuous paid acquisition on Meta, Google and TikTok. Some clients hand us the whole process; others bring us in for one part of it.
The company behind the brand is myAdcow OÜ, registered in Estonia in September 2022.
What we do
Campaign analytics and audit
Where budget leaked, which creatives and placements converted, what the real cost per result was — delivered as a written breakdown with unit economics.
Campaign management and support
Day-to-day operation of paid campaigns: structure, bidding, budget pacing, scaling what works and cutting what doesn't.
Creative production
Angles, hooks, statics and video scripts built for performance, with iteration driven by campaign data and localisation for target geos.
Tracking and measurement
Pixel and conversion setup, server-side events, postback and CAPI integration, and reconciliation between platform numbers and the client's own tracker.
Campaign infrastructure
Platform access and account setup across Meta, Google and TikTok, including managed advertising accounts and billing administration where a client needs them.
Traffic continuity and compliance
Monitoring delivery, catching policy issues before they stop spend, EU advertiser and payer configuration, and support when a platform flags something.
Media planning and geo research
Demand and keyword research, CPC/CPM benchmarks by geo and vertical, and a media plan with a forecast — including the cases where the numbers say don't launch.
Reporting
Daily or weekly reporting on spend, delivery and results, in the format the client's team already uses.
Where our revenue comes from
Most of what AdCow Agency earns comes from contracted performance marketing and publisher revenue-sharing services — and in every case the money originates from one place: Google's advertising auction.
The principal stream is contracted performance marketing delivered under publisher revenue-sharing agreements. We plan and operate paid acquisition campaigns — primarily on Meta — for web properties run by publishing partners who monetise their audience through Google's advertising programmes. Each engagement is a written revenue-sharing agreement: Google pays the publisher for the advertising shown to the audience our campaigns bring, and the publisher pays us a contractually agreed share of that revenue. With some publishers we contract directly; with others through an established media partner that aggregates publisher inventory. In both cases the chain ends at the same advertiser auction.
| Source of funds | Advertisers bidding in Google's advertising auction. Not consumers, not cash. |
|---|---|
| Counterparties | Registered companies. Invoiced company-to-company, settled by bank transfer, EU VAT applied where required. |
| Counterparty rule | We do not take on counterparties whose revenue does not originate from an advertising auction operated by a major platform. |
| Second revenue stream | Service fees invoiced directly to clients — agencies and in-house growth teams — for the campaign work described above. |
We are not a partner, reseller or representative of Google, and we are not paid by Google. We are paid by the publishers and media partners we contract with, out of revenue that Google pays them.
How we work
Scope and service fee are agreed in writing before anything starts. Onboarding usually takes one to two business days. Invoicing is company-to-company from our Estonian entity, with EU VAT applied where required. One operator owns the account and answers directly — not a ticket queue.
Advertising accounts are operated by the platforms, not by us. Platforms may restrict, suspend or disable accounts and reject advertisements at their sole discretion. We do not control and cannot guarantee account approval, spending limits, campaign delivery or advertising results. Clients remain responsible for their campaign content and for complying with platform policies and applicable law — see our Terms of Service.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the company’s revenue come from?
From contracted performance marketing and publisher revenue-sharing services. We run paid acquisition campaigns for publishing partners who monetise through Google's advertising programmes; Google pays those publishers, and they pay us a contracted share of that revenue under written agreements. A smaller part is service fees invoiced directly to clients. In every case the money originates from advertisers in Google's auction. We are not paid by Google and are not a Google partner or reseller.
