Tereré is a nutrition tracking and endurance-coaching app operated by myAdcow OÜ (Estonia, registry code 16575961). It estimates meals from photos, voice and text, builds and adapts training plans, and computes a daily readiness index from your wellness data. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Tereré is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calorie and nutrient estimates are approximations. Training suggestions are generated by an AI model from your data and are for general fitness purposes only. Always consult a physician before starting a training or nutrition program, and stop exercising if you feel unwell. You use the app at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions.
You must be at least 16 years old. You sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile — this permanently erases your data (see the Privacy Policy).
Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store, in three plans — Food, Coach and Everything — each monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. New subscribers may be offered a free trial; the offer is shown in the app and by Apple before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or of the current period, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown. A basic version of the app (the basic readiness index and a training plan you write by hand) stays free. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by Apple through your Apple ID settings; refunds are handled under Apple's Media Services terms. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it with Apple. Apple's standard license agreement for apps applies to the app alongside these terms.
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, probe its security, scrape it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits, or use it for anyone but yourself without our written permission.
The app, its content and branding belong to myAdcow OÜ. Your data remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, myAdcow OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates and suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice; prepaid periods will be handled per App Store rules.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by Estonian law; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
